Edgewater Steel Company and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (collectively, employer) petition for review of the order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming reinstatement of Robert Beers’s disability benefits after suspension pursuant to a supplemental compensation agreement.
