Shulansky v. Rodriguez

This action was instituted by the state banking commissioner Ralph M. Shulansky (commissioner), to enforce certain subpoenas duces tecum that he had issued to the defendants, Rene Rodriguez and PVT Realty, Inc. (PVT), through his authorized agent, the director of the securities and business investments division of the state department of banking, on March 24, 1994.
