DEBEVOISE, District Judge.

Plaintiff moves to amend her Complaint pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 15(a). For the reasons set forth below, Plaintiffs motion is denied.

STATEMENT OF FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

On January 7, 1991, Plaintiff Dorothy Thomas filed a Complaint alleging that the Defendant violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, on the basis of gender, religion and retaliation. Plaintiff amended her Complaint on January 21, 1991 to include the disposition of pending administrative claims.
