This is an action brought to recover the possession of certain real property situate in the city of Spokane, and described by the lower court in its findings of fact as follows:

“ Parts of lot four (4) and five (5) in block twenty (20) of the resurvey and addition to Spokane Falls (now city of Spokane), state of Washington, and particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the southwest corner of said lot five (5), running thence north with the west line of said lot five, sixty (60) feet, thence east ninety and twenty-three…
