Appellants seek review of the trial court’s judgment on a jury verdict in favor of Appel-lee, Western Atlas International, Inc. (Western). Appellants are owners of working interests in the Gibson No. 1 Well, which is located in Section 21, T2N, R19ECM, Texas County, Oklahoma. Appellants brought this negligence action against Western for wire-line services Western performed on the Gibson well.
