Before the Court is the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Plaintiff Huon Le, Chapter 13 Trustee (“Trustee”), seeking summary judgment pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 548(a)(1)(A) and (B)(i)-(ii)(I) that the transfer from Richard M. Krepps (“RMK”) to his son, Richard Stephen Krepps (“RSK”)1 is avoidable and she is entitled to recover under 11 U.S.C. § 550 due to the failure of Defendant Richard M.
