In this adversary proceeding, Patriot Fire Protection, Inc. (hereinafter “Patriot”) contests the dischargeability of a debt owed to it by Freemon E. Fuller (hereinafter the “Debtor”) and objects to the Debt- or’s receipt of a discharge. These matters constitute core proceedings, see 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(I), (J), over which this Court has subject matter jurisdiction, see 28 U.S.C. §§ 157(a), 1334.
