Donald Alan Tobkin (“Tobkin”), a Chapter 7 debtor, appeals the Bankruptcy Court’s Memorandum Opinion Denying *732the Debtor’s Motion to Dismiss and Granting The Florida Bar’s Motion for Summary Judgment (“Opinion”) [DE 1; Adv.
