The Department of Justice petitioned the Territorial Court for review of an arbitration award under its Collective Bargaining Agreement ["CBA"] with the United Industrial Workers of North America ["UIW"], Seafarers International Union ["SIU"], AFL-CIO ["Union"] reinstating an assistant attorney general.
