State v. Worster
Supreme Judicial Court of Maine
1Opinion of the Court
COLLINS, Justice.
Defendant Thomas Worster appeals from an order of the Superior Court (Penobscot County, Smith, J.) affirming his conviction in the District Court (Lincoln, Gunther, J.) of hunting under the influence of drugs, namely, marijuana. 12 M.R.S.A. § 7406(3) (1981). 1 Worster argues that the District Court erred in denying his motion to suppress and used the wrong standard for being “under the influence” of marijuana, and that the evidence was insufficient to support a finding of guilty. Because we find no error in the District Court’s decision, we affirm the judgment.
