Defendant Andrea Cusack appeals from an order of the Superior Court (York County, Brodrick, J.) affirming her conviction in the District Court (Biddeford, Janette, J.) for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor in violation of 29 M.R.SA § 1312-B (Pamph.1993). Following the District Court’s denial of her motion to suppress, defendant entered a conditional plea of guilty.
