The schooner Job M. Leon’ard having been sunk in the Atlantic ocean, off Long Island, on April 18, 1877, through a collision with the steamship Arragon, owned by the respondent, this *548court, by its decree in November, 1879, found both vessels in fault, and it was referred to a commissioner to ascertain the^ damages. Leonard v. Whitwill, 10 Ben. 638. Exceptions to the report have been filed by both parties. The value of the schooner at the time of the loss has been reported at $20,551.
