This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained in an automobile accident between a car, in which the plantiff, a Washington resident, was riding as a passenger, and a pickup truck owned by the defendant Westcraft Corporation of California (here inafter called Westcraft) and driven by the defendant Hill, who was an employee of Westcraft and a California resident.
