This workers’ compensation case appears before us for the second time. See Stapleton v. Liberty Northwest Ins. Corp., 175 Or App 618, 29 P3d 1174 (2001). Liberty Northwest seeks review of a Workers’ Compensation Board order that held that claimant had timely perfected his aggravation claim. ORS 656.273(3). We review the board’s legal findings for errors of law and its findings of fact for substantial evidence. ORS 183.482(7), (8).
