Robin Crowell appeals a judgment entered in favor of Charles Barker, M.D. Crowell asserts that the Craighead County Circuit Court erred (1) in denying her motion to find Ark. Code Ann. § 16-114-207(3) (1987) unconstitutional, (2) in denying her motion to strike changes to Barker’s deposition, and (3) in excluding the affidavit ofjohn W. Foote, M.D. We find no error and affirm. Our jurisdiction is pursuant to Ark. Sup. Ct. R. 1-2(a)(1) and (b)(3-6).
