Kelsey Alexander McEwen appeals a September 30,2005, Order of the Sebastian County Circuit Court finding that upon the death of Anne Stodder McEwen, the beneficiary designation to her Individual Retirement Account with SolomonSmithBarney directed that the funds remaining in the account be divided 67% to Kelsey and 33% to the Anne Stodder McEwen Trust for the benefit of John Fred McEwen.
