I,This is a medical-malpractice case. The sole issue on appeal is whether the trial court abused its discretion in excluding expert testimony of one of appellant Marquitta Corbin’s treating physicians. We find no error and affirm.
On September. 8, 2011, Corbin had a total thyroidectomy at Baptist Health Medical Center (“Baptist”) in Little Rock. The surgery was performed by Dr. Scott Marotti, a general surgeon.
