This appeal arises from an order of the Washington County Circuit Court granting summary judgment in favor of Appellees George’s Farms, Inc.; George’s Processing, Inc. (collectively “George”); Simmons Foods, Inc.; Simmons Poultry Farms, Inc. (collectively “Simmons”); Peterson Farms, Inc. (“Peterson”); and Tyson Foods, Inc. (“Tyson”).
