This action was instituted in the district court of Grady county on December 4, 1919, by the plaintiff in error,, plaintiff below, against the defendant in error, defendant below, to recover the sum of $465, with interest. The plaintiff alleges that on or about August 5, 1918, it was the owner of certain United States Liberty Bonds of the value of $500, and that on or about said date, the plaintiff, through its secretary and treasurer, P.
