LASKER, District Judge.

Defendants’ Triangle Maintenance Corporation and CNA Insurance Company’s motion to dismiss for lack of complete diversity in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 1332, is granted.

Plaintiff, a New Jersey citizen, filed this pro se complaint on behalf of his wife to recover for injuries allegedly sustained when she fell in World Trade Center # 5 on February 8, 1978. He also seeks to recover damages for himself and his children for loss of services.
