SUMMARY
Plaintiffs Albertino and Ermelinda Da Cruz move to amend their complaint, pursu*128ant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15 and New York Civil Practice Laws and Rules 203(f) and 3025(b), to add claims against the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (the “Port Authority”) arising out of an accident on the Goethals Bridge. Until now, the Port Authority has defended only against third-party claims brought by the defendants initially named in this action.
