MISHLER, District Judge.
Plaintiffs Kwan-Ho Lee 1 and his wife Susan Lee (“Plaintiffs”), filed this action against Hanjin Shipping Co. (“Hanjin”) and Trans American Trucking Services, Inc. (“Trans American”) in New York State Supreme Court, Queens County, on January 14, 1998 alleging damages resulting from injuries sustained when slabs of granite fell off of a truck striking Kwan-Ho Lee.
