OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO REMAND

On May 25, 2007, Delphi Automotive Systems, LLC (“Plaintiff’ or “Delphi”) filed a six-count Complaint in the Oakland County Circuit Court against Segway Inc. (“Defendant” or “Segway”). 1 On June 29, 2007, Defendant removed the action to this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1332 and 1441, contending that there is diversity jurisdiction or, in the alternative, that “jurisdiction is proper because the instant case is related to Delphi’s bankruptcy case.” (Notice of Removal ¶ 12.)
