The Plaintiffs brought this action against the Defendants to redress alleged violations of the Commodity Exchange Act, 7 U.S.C. § l-§ 26 (1982), and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1961-§ 1968 (1982). The Defendant Pick has motioned the Court pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2) and Fed.R. Civ.P. 12(b)(5) to dismiss the Complaint as against him for lack of in personam jurisdiction and insufficiency of service of process.
