The plaintiff appeals from the denial of its motion for deficiency judgment following the granting of its motion for strict foreclosure and the expira*261tion of the law day.1 On appeal, the plaintiff asserts that “the trial court improperly found that it had not timely moved for a deficiency judgment pursuant to General Statutes § 49-14 because its motion bore an incorrect docket number.”2 We reverse the judgment of the trial court.
