KAUFMAN, J.

Respondents are an apprentice barber, a journeyman barber and two owners of a barbershop, all-duly certificated. Their certificates were revoked 1 by appellant Board of Barber Examiners (hereinafter Board) for furnishing barbering services at prices below those prescribed in the minimum price schedule established by the Board for San Diego County. In the trial court, respondents sought a writ of mandate directed to the Board commanding it to vacate and set aside its orders revoking respondents’ certificates. (See Code Civ.
