JONES, Justice.

Defendant Rodolfo Gonzalez-Gutierrez was charged with possession and transportation of marijuana for sale. Prior to trial, defendant moved to suppress all evidence seized from his automobile, alleging violation of his rights under the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution and article II, section 8 of the Arizona Constitution. 1 The trial court denied the motion and proceeded to trial, resulting in convictions on two counts of possession and transportation.
