ESPINOSA, Chief Judge.
¶ 1 A jury found appellant guilty of possession of a firearm by a prohibited possessor, a class four felony. He admitted that he had two prior felony convictions and that he was on probation at the time of the offense. The trial court sentenced appellant to the presumptive term of ten years’ imprisonment. 1 He raises two issues on appeal, challenging the court’s denial of his motion to suppress physical evidence based on an illegal search and seizure, and complaining that his sentence is excessive.
