MEMORANDUM OPINION
RALPH M. FREEMAN, District Judge.
On November 11, 1987, this Court certified this litigation as a class action. Plaintiffs in this class action are seamen who sustained injury and/or illness, rendering them unfit for duty during the course of their employment with various Defendant vessels. These seamen were paid maintenance benefits but not unearned wages. Plaintiffs filed this suit to recover payments for unearned wages.
