MEMORANDUM OPINION

Denying Without Prejudice the Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss; Denying the Defendants’ Motion to Strike the Plaintiff’s July 8, 2010 Declaration

I. INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the court on the defendants’ motion to dismiss based on the pro se plaintiffs failure to participate in discovery and adequately prosecute her case. In opposing that motion, the plaintiff has filed a supplemental declaration, which the defendants have moved to strike. For the following reasons, the court denies both of the defendants’ motions.
