Piper, as the plaintiff, to recover of the defendant the agreed value of goods, wares and merchandise, viz., $96; to recover $225, money loaned at divers times and in divers sums; to recover for meals, hoard, bed and room furnished defendant, of the value of $72; to recover for washing, laundry work and mending furnished defendant, of the value of $10.
