GOODRICH, Circuit Judge.

This is defendant’s appeal from judgment in favor of the plaintiff for $160,-821.92, entered in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. The jury returned a verdict for $100,000 and the trial judge thereafter granted the plaintiff’s motion to add interest of $60,-821.92 to the judgment. The action was brought for breach of a contract under seal entered into on May 20, 1918 in New York.
