Saul Marcelo Cuzco (the “Plaintiff’) filed a Complaint against Orion Builders, Inc. and Jan Kvas (the “Defendants”) on April 10, 2006, alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (the “FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., and Article 19 of the New York State Labor Law and its implementing regulations.
