Pursuant to his pleas, the appellant was convicted by a military judge sitting as a general court-martial of sodomy with a child under the age of sixteen years, committing indecent acts upon a child under the age of sixteen years (two specifications), and taking indecent liberties with a child under the age of sixteen years (two specifications), violations of Articles 125 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 925 and 934 (1982) [hereinafter UCMJ].
