This adversary proceeding is before the Court on the motion to dismiss filed by Defendant JPMorgan Chase (“Chase”). (Doc. 12). Plaintiffs Jack and Angela Thomas (“Plaintiffs”) allege that Chase willfully violated the automatic stay by sending them monthly mortgage statements and letters threatening to charge them for force-placed hazard insurance on the mortgaged property.
