On February 24, 2011, Plaintiff Matthew Strait (“Strait”) filed a Complaint, for himself and on behalf of similarly situated others, against Defendant Belcan Engi*717neering Group, Inc. (“Belcan”) pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 et seq., the Illinois Minimum Wage Law (“IMWL”), 820 ILCS 105/1 et seq., and the Day and Temporary Labor Services Act, 820 ILCS 175/1 et seq.
