Plaintiff Darrick Hundt sued his employer, DireetSat USA, LLC, its corporate parents, UniTek USA, LLC, and three corporate officers, Elizabeth Downey, Cathy Lawley, and Dan Yannantuono, alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (the “FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 201, et seq., and the Illinois Minimum Wage Act (the “IMWA”), 815 Ill.
