PIVARNIK, Justice.

This cause comes to us on a petition to transfer from the Second District Court of Appeals. Plaintiff-appellant, Rosita L. Cua, brought an action against Defendants-Appellees, Virginia G. Ramos and Bias Dav-ila, for compensatory and punitive damages on account of an allegedly false perform- anee report that Defendants submitted to the State Personnel Division, in which they assigned Cua an unsatisfactory rating.
