McMANUS, Chief Judge.
This matter is before the court upon plaintiffs’ motion to amend and add defendants filed January 24, 1974, defendants’ motion for change of venue, and the court’s order for briefs regarding the class action issue.
Plaintiffs’ complaint asserts that this case is a class action brought on behalf of more than two million persons who have been hospitalized in Iowa during the last ten years and who were not at the time of their admission subscribers to a Blue Cross Plan.
