Plaintiff also appeals an order granting summary disposition of its claim for legal damages against defendant Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute, 1 formerly known as the Michigan Cancer Foundation, which merged with the Comprehensive Cancer Center of Metropolitan Detroit (the center).
