The appeal in this diversity case concerns issues of Illinois law relating to the sale of collateral by a secured party. Ill.Rev.Stat., Ch. 26, par. 9-504(3). Ford Motor Credit Company took possession of the inventory of a retail automobile dealership that was in default under a secured financing agreement. The inventory was sold at wholesale auctions to other dealers.
