This is an appeal of (1) the district court’s grant of a preliminary injunction to plaintiff-appellee Turner Entertainment Co. (“Turner”), preventing defendants-appellants from broadcasting certain licensed works over the ASTRA satellites, and (2) the district court’s denial of appellants’ motion to dismiss or stay the American litigation in light of parallel proceedings under way in Germany.
