MEMORANDUM OPINION

BULLOCK, District Judge.

Plaintiff brought this action in the General Court of Justice, Superior Court Division for Forsyth County claiming wrongful termination in violation of North Carolina public policy, breach of contract, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and negligent infliction of severe emotional distress. Defendants timely removed the action on the basis of diversity of citizenship.
