MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This is a suit for damages for allegedly defective roofing shingles manufactured by Defendant TAMKO Building Products, Inc. (“TAMKO”), and distributed by Defendant Roofing Supply Group-Greensboro, LLC (“RSG”). Plaintiff Edward Krusch alleges breach of an implied warranty of merchantability, breach of express warranty, unfair and deceptive trade practices, negligent misrepresentation, and violations of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (“MMWA”), 15 U.S.C. § 2301 et seq.
