TAMILIA, Judge:

On June 29,1990, a car owned and operated by the plaintiff, Joseph T. Surowiee, accelerated inexplicably while plaintiff was attempting to park, resulting in property damage and personal injury. Surowiee and his wife, Jean Surowiee, brought suit against General Motors Corporation alleging negligence, breach of warranty and strict liability.
