Appellant Missouri Farmers Association, Inc. (MFA) brought an action against respondents Bill Campbell and Betty Campbell founded upon a claim for goods allegedly sold to the Campbells on an open account. Following presentation of evidence by MFA, the court sustained separate motions made by the Campbells for a directed verdict, entering judgment against MFA.
