The defendant appeals from a judgment holding valid and infringed all claims but number eighteen of Reissue Patent No. 20,-092, issued on September 1, 1936, to Clesson E. Mason, the original having been issued on February 14, 1933 (No. 1,897,135), upon an application filed on September 15, 1930.
