Four propositions are urged by the defendant for a reversal of this case, but each of the four propositions goes to the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain the verdict and judgment. It will, therefore, not be necessary to discuss these propositions separately but a determination as to the sufficiency or insufficiency of the evidence to support the verdict will dispose of all the propositions raised in defendant’s brief.
