HARTIGAN, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from a judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in favor of the defendant in an action brought under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. '§ 1346(b), et seq., for injuries allegedly-sustained by a female infant as an aftermath of an antibiotic injection which she received while being, treated in a United States Army hospital.
