I. Introduction
This appeal arises out of a contract dispute between VICI Racing LLC (“VICI”), the owner of a sports car racing team, and T-Mobile USA, Inc. (“T-Mobile”), a telecommunications company that agreed to be a corporate sponsor of the sports car team. Appellant/Cross-Appellee T-Mobile appeals a $7 million judgment entered against it in the District Court for the District of Delaware.
